Customer Advocacy

At autopom!, we believe our customers should always feel supported. Most claims are handled smoothly by the plan administrator and never need our involvement. But sometimes, questions or concerns come up, and that’s where our Customer Advocacy Program comes in.

How It Works

If a claim doesn’t go the way you expected, your first step should be to speak directly with the claims administrator. Their adjusters are the ones responsible for reviewing and making decisions under the terms of your contract.

If, after speaking with the administrator, you still feel something isn’t right, that’s the time to reach out to autopom!.

Every claim involves several parties working together:

  • 1
    You (the customer)
  • 2
    Your repair shop
  • 3
    The claims administrator
  • 4
    In some cases, an inspector

What To Do If You Have a Claim Concern

  1. Call your Administrator and speak to an adjuster.
The Claims Phone Number is located on the cover page of your policy book. This is the fastest way for you to get the most up-to-date information on any claim.
Whether you’re checking the status of a claim or asking about an approval or denial, your administrator can explain why a decision was made and how it aligns with your coverage.
  2. Contact autopom! for support.
If you feel your claim isn’t being handled fairly, our team is ready to support you. Contact us by phone at (800) 724-8141, or by email at support@autopom.com.

Our Role

Sometimes, the solution is simply clarifying how the contract works. Other times, we’ve been able to step in and help resolve situations where a claim may not have been processed correctly.

Listen carefully to your concern.

Review your contract to understand how it applies to your claim.

Reach out on your behalf to the administrator and/or repair shop, if needed, to ensure everything is being handled fairly and in line with your coverage.

What to Expect

autopom! is not the obligor of your contract, which means we don’t have final authority over claims. However, we will always advocate for you and ensure your claim is handled fairly and according to the contract you purchased.
